What we store

FieldNote stores your account information, project profiles, uploaded project documents, generated outputs, and subscription status. This lets us generate project intelligence, risks, recommendations, documentation prompts, and drafts for you.

How we use project data

Project documents you upload are used to power FieldNote's intelligence for your account. Your project data is private to your account. Team sharing is not currently available; if and when it is added, you will be in control of what gets shared.

FieldNote does not sell user data.

Payments

Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. FieldNote does not store full credit card numbers. Stripe's privacy practices apply to payment information.

Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and associated project data by contactingsupport@fieldnotehub.com.

Updates

This privacy policy may be updated as FieldNote evolves. We will reflect the latest revision date at the top of this page.
