Terms of Service — FieldNote

FieldNote is an AI-powered construction assistant currently in beta. By creating an account or using FieldNote, you agree to these terms.

1. What FieldNote provides

FieldNote provides recommendations, summaries, and drafts based on the project documents and information you upload. FieldNote is a productivity tool, not professional, legal, or engineering advice.

2. Your responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing FieldNote's outputs before relying on them. FieldNote does not replace contract documents, drawings, specifications, Procore, project controls software, architects, engineers, project managers, or superintendents. You should verify schedule, procurement, submittal, and field recommendations against project records and with your project team.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid subscriptions bill monthly through Stripe unless canceled. You can cancel anytime from your billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Beta software

FieldNote is under active development. Features, intelligence outputs, and pricing may change. These terms may be updated as the product evolves; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
